Daniela Balestrin
[1984, lives and works in São Paulo/Brazil]

Photographer and writer, she creates intimacy with events in her works, approaching the mesh of movements that interweave her routine. She sees the immanence of the imaginary in the real as the very experience of the mystery of existence.

Her academic background is in Law [2007], and she worked in the field for almost fifteen years. In parallel, she approached photography in an autodidactic way. Since 2020, she has turned photography into her profession, migrating to analog techniques and also creating collages using original material or appropriated from her family or other's archives.
